Inventory Coordinator / Client Representative
Position Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the Oracle ERP system. The scope includes all provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilites include execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity. This has a direct contribution to cost effective decisions being made in the Supply and Deployment planning processes with the end result of related business targets being met.
Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with BDL at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses and in the Shippment.
In addition to inventory reconciliation via ERP system or other methods, data integrity maintenance in the ERP system, order management and process improvement.
Functional/Technical Knowledge and Skills:
o Business degree or Post secondary equivalent.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel and Word).
o ERP knowledge or experience (Oracle etc.).
o Order management practices
o Inventory Management practices
o Process improvement flow
Other Skills/Competencies/Attributes:
o Organized.
o Self-starter.
o Ability to meet deadlines.

o Ability to work well under pressure.
