Human Resourses Administrator

Position:

HR Administrator


Responsibilities:

The HR Administrator supports  and reports to the HR Director as well as providing assistance to the other members of the HR Department.

  • responsible for short term business assignments for employees
  • prepares offers of employment
  • data entry using Microsoft Applications
  • oversees temporary accommodations for employees
  • administers Time tracking for employees
  • administration of accounts payable
  • coordinates all HR meetings
  • paper-based and electronic administrative and filing systems
  • Operating personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars
  • providing support as required to the HR and Benefit Advisors including administrative support

Qualifications:

  • proficient using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Accounting experience
  • ability to handle and work with highly confidential information
  • Have a basic understanding of various legislative requirement in relation to employment laws
  • multi-task capability, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work well under pressure
