Position:
HR Administrator
Responsibilities:
The HR Administrator supports and reports to the HR Director as well as providing assistance to the other members of the HR Department.
- responsible for short term business assignments for employees
- prepares offers of employment
- data entry using Microsoft Applications
- oversees temporary accommodations for employees
- administers Time tracking for employees
- administration of accounts payable
- coordinates all HR meetings
- paper-based and electronic administrative and filing systems
- Operating personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars
- providing support as required to the HR and Benefit Advisors including administrative support
Qualifications:
- proficient using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Accounting experience
- ability to handle and work with highly confidential information
- Have a basic understanding of various legislative requirement in relation to employment laws
- multi-task capability, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work well under pressure
